201 St. Phillip St., Circa 1840
Private residence. An extensive full renovation took one year. As many original aspects were preserved as possible including a large portion of the heart pine floors, windows, siding and structure. Blown cellulose insulation, tankless hotwater heaters, bamboo and sustainably grown cherry were used to minimize environmental impact. Hand turned reproduction wood balusters, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and a detailed trim package add to the homes grandeur and accentuate its historical elements.
